BERK | Genuine leather backpack

Each bag I make is handcrafted from full-grain leather, cut, and slowly sewn in my small workshop in Kanazawa, Japan.  I'm not in a hurry—every edge is polished by hand, every detail crafted with care.

I've been dedicated to traditional leather craftsmanship for over 30 years. What began as a quiet fascination has become a lifelong practice. These bags contain more than just functionality—they carry the patience, pride, and peace of a lifetime spent with my hands.

This genuine leather backpack impresses with its high-quality workmanship and timeless look. The leather has a natural, slightly textured surface that develops a beautiful patina over time. The shape is classic, with a sturdy top handle and adjustable shoulder straps for optimum comfort. The backpack has a sturdy zipper and a practical flap.

Inside, the backpack has a spacious main compartment with plenty of room for books, a tablet or everyday items. Additional inner and outer compartments keep things tidy and provide quick access to smaller items. The robust base and finely crafted inner lining underline the quality and make the leather backpack a durable and stylish companion for everyday life, work or leisure.

Each bag is carefully packaged and shipped by me from Japan, with delivery typically taking 6 to 10 days.
